HELP SECTION

How to Shop

  1. Enter School Name in "Search" box
  2. Click "GO" button
  3. Review your School Name & City and Click on School Name
  4. Products are Divided into 3 Sections (Girls & Boys, Girls Only, & Boys Only)
  5. Products are added to Shopping Cart one at a time.
  6. Note for and corrections to Description, Color, and Size.
  7. Click "Add" button to the right of product to Add to Cart
  8. Shopping Cart page
    1. UPDATE QTY – Use this button to “Lock In” changes in Quantity.
    2. CONTINUE SHOPPING – Use this button to return to your school’s item list to add more products to your Shopping Cart.
    3. CANCEL ORDER – Use this button to return to the Homepage and clear transaction.
    4. CHECK OUT – Use this button to finalize your purchase and confirm your transaction.
  9. Billing Address page
    1. Fill out Billing Address and Credit Card information.
    2. PREVIOUS – Use this button to return to previous page.
    3. CANCEL ORDER – Use this button to return to the Homepage and clear transaction.
    4. NEXT > - Use this button to move forward to next step in transaction.
  10. Shipping Address page
    1. Choose shipping method.
    2. SAME AS BILLING – Use this button if Shipping Info is the same as Billing.
    3. If School delivery is chosen Child Name and Grade are REQUIRED.
    4. If UPS delivery is chosen Shipping Address information is REQUIRED
    5. PREVIOUS – Use this button to return to previous page.
    6. CANCEL ORDER – Use this button to return to the Homepage and clear transaction.
    7. NEXT > - Use this button to move forward to next step in transaction.
  11. Review Order page
    1. Review product items and quantities in your Shopping Cart, Shipping Charges, Taxes, and Total charges.
    2. PREVIOUS – Use this button to return to previous page.
    3. CANCEL ORDER – Use this button to return to the Homepage and clear transaction.
    4. CONFIRM ORDER - Use this button to make your FINAL confirmation on this order. NOTE: After clicking this button an “Approved” transaction will charge to your Credit Card account.
  12. Internet Receipt page
    1. This page is a summary of your transactions. A confirmation receipt number is also shown for reference on this order and purchase.
    2. Follow “Click here for printer friendly version” to view and print a page that will fit most printers.
    3. Follow “Click here to return Home” to end your transaction and return to the Homepage.

Ensure that you have a school price list of the items available for purchase, and the sizes applicable for your child. You can view these items by simply typing your school name in the School Name box at the home page, and printing/viewing your uniform list, and by typing in the sizing chart on the left hand side of the page for the proper fitting of your child.

To Fax orders, go to the Customer Service link to download or print out a Fax Order form.

Return and Exchange Policies
Refer to our Refund Policy link on the left hand side of the home page for reference. For returns or exchanges not at our physical location and made through the designated school delivery, please refer to the Customer Return form located in the Customer Service link and follow all the instructions for proper processing.

School Deliveries
Orders submitted and to be delivered to the schools are free of shipping charges. Please refer to the Shipping link on the designated delivery schedule dates. These are the only dates available for free shipping. If you wish to have a different date for shipping, we have UPS shipping available with the applicable fees in the same Shipping link.
